La Flow Vélo cycle route

In 2022 I managed to persuade my husband to accompany me on a series of day rides to discover the new, local cycle way.

Called La Flow Vélo, it’s the V92 route that runs from Fouras-les-Bains in Charente Maritime to Thiviers in the Dordogne, a distance of 290km.

This is what the signs look like.
